As I launch my new 'BLOG Spot' here, let me begin with introducing myself. I am "PixiePaige Creations" ... 'PixiePaige' or 'Deb' (in the human world).

My business is starting out small, but have had some nice success and ever so many compliments! My wonderful husband (who's an artist himself) supplies me with all my unique & beautiful pieces to work with ~ I think it's as much His Hobby to buy for PixiePaige Creations, as it is Mine to Create them!

I owe my ‘Fans’ for keeping me inspired. I am happy to say, I've even gone 'International' ~ selling to Ireland several times, Australia & have many interests from other countries as well.

Jewelry designing & creating is my specialty, although I love other crafting as well. Currently I sell jewelry designed & created (assemled) by me & also include original, designed scarves ("Sassy") from my amazingly talented sister, who has named her crochet shop, "Jo's Legacy" after our late Grandmother who taught her the art.

My background was retail sales management, for many, many years. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE was always my strong focus ~ and now that I have my own shop(s) I want my product to be PRETTY, I want it to be the Best Quality it can be, I want it to Last ~ And perhaps most important: I want to make YOU Smile!

I am a stay-at-home wife/mother. And LOVE that I have been blessed with an AMAZING husband & can be home with my lovely daughter (born on VALENTINE'S DAY, 2008). She's so full of tender love & heart ... and I'm blessed to be able to guide her to her future ~ because SHE is & will BE Someone SPECIAL!

I grew up in a VERY talented family, 3 sisters & Mom & Dad - all artists in some way ... painting, drawing, carving/woodwork, cake decorating, crochet, photography ... AND I would say to myself & others, "Why are they so talented & not I?" ... I could draw stick figures, but even THEY didn't look like they were supposed to half the time! My Dad would say I could "Draw Flies" ha ha ha

And then one day, for no particular reason, other than liking the metaphysics of stones, I purchased a big lot of semi-precious stones & charms & started to tamper around with some key chains & zipper pulls ... gave most away as gifts ... and forgot about it.

In October 2009, a friend who had received one of those gifts called me up & invited me to prepare for a craft show & asked me to sell my pieces - Well, I didn't have many left, so I started making some in a hurry. I said prayers over my work & told God that if He'd help me make beautiful pieces & create avenues for me to sell, that I would give HIM the glory.

THAT IS WHEN I discovered my "INNER PIXIE" ... I found a hidden talent I knew nothing about. Each day God helps me design & create better pieces.

Craft/Jewelry shows are another avenue ~ ArtFire and Etsy host shops for me as well.  Someday, I'll have my own shop that people can walk into ~ but until then it has been wonderful for me to share my dream and be embraced by wonderful people along the way!
